Frank P. Saladis PMP
Frank is a senior consultant and trainer in the field of professional project management. He is an accomplished leader in project management and the author of 10 published books. Frank is the past editor of the internationally distributed project management newsletter all PM and the author of over 150 project management articles. Frank has entertained countless word wide audiences with project management keynote presentations, workshops and a special form of humor that injects an element of enjoyment and fun as he shares his knowledge and passion for project management.
Frank is the Originator of the International Project Management day which launched in 2004 and has been growing in participation yearly. The goal of International Project Management
Day is to gain worldwide recognition of the many project managers and project teams in every industry including nonprofit organizations and health care who contribute their time, energy, creativity, innovation, and countless hours to deliver products, services, facilities, and provide emergency and disaster recovery services in every city and community around the world.

 Frank is a Project Management Professional, holds a Masters Certificate in Commercial Project management from George Washington University, is a graduate from the PMI Leadership Institute Masters Class, and has been very involved with the Project Management Institute since 1991. He is currently the president of the New York City PMI chapter and past chair of the PMI Ed SIG and has held many other PMI leadership positions. Frank was recognized as PMI’s person of the year in 2006 and was awarded the distinction of PMI Fellow in October 2013.

Walter Viali
Walter is a Project Management and Project Management Office (PMO) Management Consultant, Instructor, and Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with a varied background in different industries, which has included several domestic and international assignments.  He is the co-author of the recently published book titled “Accelerating Change with Organizational Project Management: The New Paradigm for Change”.  Walter was a Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) for many years and has extensive knowledge and experience in Strategic Business Planning, Business Reengineering, Information Systems Planning, Portfolio Management, Process and Project Management, Project Management Office (PMO) implementation and Joint Application Development (JAD) session leading (approximately 5,000 hours of facilitation in the U.S., Europe and Asia in all phases of planning, application development, process redesign and problem solving).  He has significant experience in Process and Project Management assessments based on the Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Model (SEI CMM) and PMI’s Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3).  Walter is also a project management and business analysis instructor for the University Of Houston College Of Technology.  
Jim Synder
Jim retired from SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals, now GlaxoSmithKline, in 1997 where his last assignment was Associate Director of Planning & Business Management, Strategic Product Development. Jim has 38 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical Industry in computer sciences, operations research, international marketing, marketing administration and international finance. He has been involved in developing and implementing business systems as well as using project management skill in a wide variety of international projects since 1964. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management form Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University. He served as an officer in the US Army Corps of Engineers from 1961-1963 in the US and Germany.
He is a Founder of Project Management Institute, Fellow of the Institute, Volunteer Executive Director (1971-1984), President, Chairman of the Board, and continues to be an active participant in the activities of the Institute.  He has been awarded the PMI Man of the Year Award and is an Honorary Life Member of the Institute. He received the 2010 James J O’Brien Lifetime Achievement Award from the PMI College of Scheduling. Jim is a founding member of the Delaware Valley Chapter of PMI, the Pharmaceuticals Special Interest Group, and the College of Scheduling. As a member of the PMI Global Project Action Team (1999 - 2000) he work to help structure the Institute to meet the challenges of 2000 and beyond. He served as a member of the Publications Board of the Institute. The James R. Snyder Knowledge and Wisdom Center at PMI Headquarters is named in his honor. He has served as a member of the PMI Education Foundation Board of Directors and in January of 2006 he was recognized as Chairman Emeritus of the Educational Foundation. The PMIEF Student Paper Award is name in his honor. He is now serving as advisor and administrator to the PMI Delaware Valley Chapter.
Jim served as PMI’s Project Manager for the construction of the PMI World Headquarters in Newtown Square, PA. The building was completed and occupied on schedule and on budget. He was also the Project Manager for the second office building constructed in mid 2000 and occupied in January 2001. He headed the PMI-DVC education project to teach project management to selected Philadelphia and other area high school students. He has developed, and is leading, programs to implement project management programs in K-12 using project learning techniques to teach 21st Century Skills and Project Management.
In addition to his PMI work, Jim is an active member of St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Springfield, PA. He served as manager of the Capital Campaign for $1.2 million Church renovation and expansion and is Chairman of the Endowment Committee. He also serves as Treasurer of the church Nursery School. Jim is currently working as a volunteer with the Bethesda Project, in Philadelphia, planning the development and construction of a multi-story facility for the homeless. He has traveled extensively since the early 1970's expanding his interest in new places, fine restaurants, and great wine.

Kevin D. Martin
Kevin brings 40 years of leadership experience in Information Technology, Call Center Operations and Project Management to deliver simple solutions to complex business challenges.  As a member of several civic and corporate boards, his leadership skill and ability to build and inspire high performing teams is well documented and in high demand.  Throughout his career, he has successfully lead business and technical teams to achieve increasing levels of success. Kevin holds degrees from St. Mary’s University – B.A.S. and an M.B.A.- Finance.  He is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s Darden Executive Education Program and the Leadership Development Program (LDP) at The Center for Creative Leadership.
