Project Management in Site (PMInSite) was founded in 2014 by AJ Collier, who recognized the growing need for project management (PM) support in various industries. With over 40 years of experience in the industrial sector and a track record of working with some of the largest EPC companies, AJ Collier has assembled a team of professionals dedicated to serving clients both locally and nationwide.
The members of the PMInSite team have worked in diverse locations, including Alaska, China, Saudi Arabia, and all over the United States. PMInSite continues to provide a wide range of services, including training, consulting, and seminars. This includes hosting project management conferences featuring notable speakers through its seminar sea event.

I started this business many years ago, starting with Bechtel for over 20+ years. Working in their international division moving back to the USA work at unlimited number of plants nationwide. After moving to the Houston area, I have worked in a number of the facilities in this area. Most of my work has been project management consulting and project oversight. Forming this company was to ensure project management is used and help local projects.
Over 30 years successful experience, developing, and managing projects, personnel, and employing resources. Extensive background in electrical power distribution, automation, and instrumentation. Projects on five continents in challenging and sometimes hostile environments. Performed for ExxonMobil, BP, Conoco Phillips, ENI, Shell, Center Point, Duke Energy, Entergy, FPL, USCG, USN, Corp of Engineers, National Guard, DOT, and State agencies. USMC Power generation and aviation.
Over 35 years’ experience with Major Turnarounds and Capital Projects, including 20 years working direct for Arco Chemical / LyondellBasell. Expertise includes Project Management and Project Controls Management, Primavera Scheduling and Cost Controls. EPC Procurement, Estimating and Contracting, API 510 Pressure Vessel Certified inspector, and API 570 Piping Certified Inspector, and NDE Level II Certified. NCCCR certified pipe fitter.
